Save time and avoid stress at the gym by creating a Workout Routine!

Workout Routines are reusable workout plans that you can either create yourself or copy from others.

Create new workout routine

 
Add a unique title to help you find your new Workout Routine whenever you go to use it.

You can optionally add photos to your Workout Routine.

Search and add exercises to your new Workout Routine.

You can also add set information to each exercise or you can choose to leave them blank.

When you are done, click the Save button. If you are not finished, you can click the back button and your new Workout Routine will be saved as a draft.

Use a Workout Routine

 
In the Add Exercises drawer, select My Workout Routines to view and search through your workout routines.

When you find the workout routine you want to use, click it! All of the exercises from that routine will now be added to your workout.
